Collection: Patricia Volk

Establishing her career as an artist 20 years ago, Patricia has developed her ceramics into powerful, conceptual artworks. Using her creative process to convey different elements of the human condition, Patricia utilises shape, line, colour and form to represent the stability and contrasting fragility found in life. The originally vivid paintings that decorated Greek and Roman statues have inspired Patricia's more recent leap into adopting her notoriously colourful palettes. Her collections have become recognised for their playfully spontaneous shape combinations and vibrant hues.
